Time Warner Cable airs State of the State on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30 a.m. on the following channels:

Central Maine, York, Cumberland, Washington & Aroostook Counties: Channel 9

Penobscot County: Channel 12

Other community television stations that are running the program are WOGT, Ogunquit; WVACTV Channel 2, Bethel; CATTV, Baileyville; Harpswell, Freeport; Bath Community Television Channel 14, Mt. Blue Community TV, and Brunswick TV3(Brunswick schedule)
